How to upgrade/add services to your Practice Panda plan

Upgrade to a higher Practice Panda marketing content plan to get more features!

1. Log into your Practice Panda account at https://portal.practicepanda.com

2. In the left menu after you have logged in, expand "Settings" then click "Add Services or Contacts".

3. On the Change your plan page, your current plan is always displayed at the top of the page in the light green section. You can modify your plan further by selecting the service you want to upgrade to. Please see below for examples of potential upgrade options:

NOTE: Plan upgrade options will vary depending on your current plan level. For example, the below screenshot is an example for those that are subscribed to our Platinum marketing content plan.

  • a. Next to the plan you want to upgrade to, click the coorsponding button for that plan option. In the example above, we are selecting the "Upgrade to Platinum + Website now" button so we can add a website to our Practice Panda subscription.

  • b. If you need to simply need to send emails to more contacts in your client lists than your current plan allows for, you can click the "Add more contacts" button.

  • c. To see samples of content you're not currently subscribed to, select the "Click here to check out samples" button.

4. To add additional contacts, scroll to the bottom of the Change your plan page, and in the blue "Add more contacts" section, use the drop-down under "Add contacts" (1.) to select your new contact tier, then select "Buy Additional Contacts Now" (2.) to proceed to checkout.

In the below example, we are wanting to upgrade from our current limit of 3,000 contacts to 8,000 contacts. When finished making out selection we can click the "Buy Additional Contacts Now" button to proceed to checkout to finalize our selection.

If preferred, please schedule a check-in call to go over your plan with your account manager by clicking the "Schedule check-in call" (a.) button (as shown in the screenshot above).
