How to delete a custom message

Delete a custom message that you wrote that hasn't been sent out yet

PLEASE NOTE: The Marketing Resource Center is part of the Pro and Expert plans only. It is not included with the Starter plan.

1. Login to your Mostad Marketing Cloud account at https://cloud.mostad.com/login/

2. Click on "Email Reporting" on the homepage

3. Find the message you would like to delete and click the trashcan icon next to that message.

PLEASE NOTE: This can only be done if the message is still queued to send and has not sent yet (so it is still before the date and time you scheduled it to send). The delete option will not be available if the message has already sent.
