1. Log into your account at https://cloud.mostad.com/login/

2. From the home screen, click on "Lead Capture".

3. Click the slider next to the lists you want clients to be able to add themselves to (if you have already done this, go to the next step). For example, I am going to click the slider next to my "Prospective Clients" list so clients can add themselves to that list, but I don't want them to be able to add themselves to any of my other lists, so I will not turn those on.

4. After you have chosen one or more lists that you want clients to be able to add themselves to, the box at the top will turn green and tell you the form is active. An advanced options dropdown will also appear if you want to add an introduction, custom disclaimer, redirect, or summary options. Once you are ready, click the "Get "Subscribe To" Button".

5. For the button code option: Choose what color button you want on your page and then copy the code text by clicking on it and then either right clicking and selecting “copy” or by pressing and holding the “CTRL” key on your keyboard and then tap the “C” key on your keyboard.

For the Pop-up widget option: Choose which option you want (a banner or a pop up) and then copy the code text by clicking on it and then either right clicking and selecting “copy” or by pressing and holding the “CTRL” key on your keyboard and then tap the “C” key on your keyboard.

6. If you have a person or company that manages your site, you can paste the code in an email to them saying where you would like it to appear and send it to them. If you manage the webpage yourself, go into your website editor and paste the code where you want the button to appear.
